At Yovzena Technology, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are processed. Please read it carefully before placing an order.


Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The item is defective
  • The product arrived damaged

Return window: Within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or missing items: Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

To raise a request, submit your order details and issue through our website or contact support.


Step 2: Review of Request

Our team will review your request within 2 working days and verify the issue with supporting images/videos if needed.


Step 3: Product Pickup

Once approved:

  • We arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  • Self-shipping is NOT required unless our team instructs otherwise.

Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

When the returned product reaches our facility:

  • It undergoes a quality inspection.
  • After verification, we initiate either:

✔ Replacement (if stock is available)

✔ Full Refund (if replacement is not available)


Replacement & Exchange Process

After approval:

  • Pickup will be scheduled.
  • After receiving the product and passing quality check, a replacement will be initiated.

If product is out of stock:

You may choose:

  • full refund, OR
  • An exchange for a similar item.

Exchange Delivery Timeline (TAT 3–5 Days)

  • Replacement dispatch: 2–3 business days after quality check
  • Delivery timeline: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Returns / Replacements Not Accepted If

❌ Product is used, opened, washed, or altered
❌ Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing
❌ Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
❌ Damages reported after 2 days
❌ Wrong item selected by customer
❌ Accessories/innerwear (for hygiene reasons)


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancelled in time, refund will be initiated within 3–5 days.

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Partial Order Returns
